The idea:
• Unlikely couples are sent to parade up and
down Sydney’s busiest beaches in their
swimming costumes.
• The man is wearing speedos, on the back of
which we see “The Lynx Effect”
Our target is young males ¬– thousands of which
are always at the beach looking at attractive
women in bikinis. Hence, the attention focused on
the stunning female alone will be far greater than
even a very expensive outdoor campaign in the
same areas.
Combine this with the spectacle of these girls
proudly holding hands with incredibly ugly/ unappealing
men and you are sure to provoke an overwhelming
reaction – not to mention talkability.
The event will also be filmed and released on youtube
and sent to various media outlets (like FHM)
thus ensuring a healthy dose of free PR.
All for the cost of two extras and a pair of custom
speedos.
